Formspree operates infrastructure in the United States, so data may be processed outside India. Cowcy will not send file uploads or intentionally collect sensitive credentials through the project-brief form. Provider activation remains subject to legal review and configuration.

Retention and deletion
Enquiries that do not become active projects are scheduled for deletion within 180 days after the last substantive interaction.
An active client relationship may require records to be retained under the project agreement and applicable legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute requirements. Formspree submissions must be reviewed and deleted in line with this schedule after activation. Backups and security logs may follow separate limited technical retention cycles. This retention rule remains subject to qualified legal review.
